Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga uses modified yoga poses so that they can be done seated in a chair. These modifications make yoga accessible to people who cannot stand, people who lack the mobility to move easily from standing to seated positions, or people who want a quick break from office work.
Join Bluebell at Centennial Place on Tuesdays, and Thursdays in the Music/Youth Room at Centennial Place.
The program is supported by the Town of Hanna & Hanna FCSS.
