Cancelled: Chair Yoga
Canceled for May 31 and June 2: Chair Yoga uses modified yoga poses so that they can be done seated in a chair. These modifications make yoga accessible to people who cannot stand, people who lack the mobility to move easily from standing to seated positions, or people who want a quick break from office work.
Join Bluebell at Centennial Place on Tuesdays, and Thursdays in the Music/Youth Room at Centennial Place.
