Council Meeting
Regular Council meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month, with proceedings commencing promptly at 6:00 pm. There are two opportunities during the meeting for members of the public to address Council. These are indicated on the agenda as Public Presentation and Delegations. Both have time limits.
Public Presentation is a time designated to allow citizens to bring forward concerns or items of local interest. This is meant for sharing information, not for formal requests or debates.
Delegations is time set aside, on the formal agenda, for citizens to bring forward an important request or concern. The request must be submitted to the CAO at least one week prior to the meeting.
