National Depression Screening Day

National Screening Day is an annual initiative from the Calgary Counseling Centre that takes place on October 10th. We are proud to sponsor this free public service as an ongoing effort to defy depression in our community. This campaign encourages Albertans to check in on their mental health and seek help if needed. Each year over 6,000 people take the quiz to check in on how they are feeling.
