Property Tax Deadline

​Property owners, you have until August 31, 2023 to make sure your taxes are paid without penalty.

The penalty dates are as follows:

1. September 1, 2023 4% on any current taxes owing
2. October 1, 2023 4% on any current taxes owing

Please contact the Town Office if you:

• Have recently purchased a property & are not sure whether you are responsible for the full amount of taxes due.
• Have recently sold a property & are not responsible for the full amount of taxes due.
• Have not received a tax notice.
• Would like to discuss payment options for taxes or register for pre-authorized payments.
