Property Tax Deadline
Property owners, you have until September 2, 2025 to make sure your taxes are paid without penalty. The penalty dates are as follows:
- Sept 3, 2025: 4% penalty will be applied to any current taxes owing. Oct 1, 2025: Another 4% penalty will be applied to any current taxes owing.
Please note the following and contact the Town Office if:
- You have recently purchased a property and are not sure whether you are responsible for the full amount of taxes due.
- You have recently sold a property and are not responsible for the full amount of taxes due.
- You have not received a tax notice.
- You would like to discuss payment options.
- You would like to set up monthly payments to be drawn from your bank account.
