Shandi will be back in Hanna in March and offering some free group workout classes to both new and familiar faces. It will be a great way to get some movement in after a long day at work, while being with a fun group! The workouts will be a mixture of different bodyweight exercises/movements and will be accessible for anyone who wants to join. They will be between 45 min to 1 hour in length.
