2024 Notice of Development

April 26, 2024

The following Development Permits have been approved or have been conditionally approved under the provisions of the Town of Hanna Land Use Bylaw #1032-2023. Once the development permit approval is publicly advertised, individuals who feel they will be impacted by the proposed development have 21days to appeal the development permit decision.

Any development that is required to be advertised can be found in the following: ECA Review, weekly Town flyer, Town Website at hanna.ca and the event kiosks located around Town. Surrounding property owners will also receive correspondence from the Town of Hanna containing the Notice of Development. *Remember, not all developments require an appeal period.

Written appeals can be submitted to the Town of Hanna Subdivision and Development Appeal Board Secretary.
