Hanna RCMP have laid charges against a Hanna resident for allegedly breaching the conditions of his court-imposed release conditions. 39-year old Cole Matthew Peoples is alleged to have violated the terms of his court-imposed curfew by being outside his residence on two occasions without authorization. Peoples appeared in court on Feb. 26 in relation to those charges.
Hanna RCMP have laid one count of mischief against 36-year old Justine Carruthers of Hanna. It is alleged that on January 10, 2025, Carruthers attempted to forcer her way into an occupied residence damaging the door of the home. Carruthers is scheduled to appear in Hanna provincial court on Mar 26 in relation to that charge.
