Often, community groups and organizations request the use of a Town facility that is outside the normal day to day operation of that building or outdoor area. These “Special Events” usually involve larger numbers of people and create greater demand on the facility and Town staff. An example of this would be the Indoor Pro Rodeo in the arena. Special requirements are needed and Town staff must be made aware of any special or extra requirements requested by the organizers.
The Special Events Permit helps the organizers and Town Administration cover off all the requirements to make this a successful and well run event.
Special Events Permit:
To be completed and submitted when planning a unique event such as a parade, concert, or something requiring assistance from Town Staff. Special Event Application
