If your child is registered to go on the fields trip for that week, a field trip information letter will also be sent home containing more information regarding the trip. These documents will give you a good idea of what your child is doing each week and what they will need to bring in order to have a fun time at Epic!

Mon -Thurs our day will begin at 9:00 am and end at 4:00 pm.
Fri is 9:00 am to Noon.

Please ensure your child is picked up by 4:30 pm and dropped off no earlier than 8:30 am.

Each child must be signed in and signed out daily. If your child is coming and leaving from Epic Adventures on their own, they must have written permission provided directly to Elizabeth from a parent. If your child is to go home with someone other than who they came with, they will need to bring a letter signed by a parent or guardian saying that they are permitted to leave with the other person.
