The Town of Hanna is requesting tenders for the cutting, baling and removal of hay
from Town owned properties.

General Conditions:
1. All hay must be cut, baled and removed from the property by August 31, 2025.
2. Full payment will be required prior to removal of hay from the property. Payment
instructions will be included with the award notification.
3. The acreage amounts are estimates only. You are expected to inspect the sites
and determine useable areas to your satisfaction.
4. Tenders are to be based on a lump sum amount, not per acre. (e.g.: Airport
estimate is 132 acres, you may feel there are only 120 useable acres.)
5. The hay is offered as-is, where-is. The Town does not guarantee to the quantity or
quality of the amount of hay available on any of the sites.
6. Tenders may be submitted for all or any of the locations.
7. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Tenders and to waive
irregularities and informalities at its discretion. The Town reserves the right to
accept a Tender other than the highest Tender without stating reasons.
Submission Instructions:

Tenders should be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “2025 Standing Hay Tender” not later than 4:00 pm, Monday June 30th, 2025.
