Join Cindy and Dean Kroetsch, NCCP Certified Instructors, who are ambassadors for the rapidly expanding sport of Pickleball. Cindy and Dean, residents of Hanna are offering free instruction in Pickleball starting Oct 11, 2023 and encourage anyone who might be interested to take them up on their offer of free lessons.
‘Learn to Play Pickleball’ is a drop-in program that will run Mondays & Wednesdays from 6:00 pm-7:00 pm at Centennial Place in Hanna. Each week Kroetsch’s will focus on teaching basic skills and strategy. “This time is set aside for youth and adults who are beginners and it is not intended for experienced players. It’s a great opportunity to learn with friends and neighbours in a fun, non-competitive environment,” said Dean. “And, we will have all the paddles and equipment needed,” said Cindy, “so it really is a great way to give Pickleball a try”.
Even though Cindy and Dean are certified instructors, they are offering this opportunity with no instruction fee. Attendees are still responsible for the fee to Centennial Place. Annual or punch card memberships can be used, or the drop-in fee will be accepted.
Offered Mon’s & Wed’s starting Oct 11 through to Nov 15.
6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Centennial Place.
Bring gym shoes and a bottle of water.
Registration is not required.
