Town of Hanna Council at a Special Council Meeting held August 6, 2026, passed a Resolution that Chief Administrative Officer Matthew Norburn, be immediately put on a leave of absence with pay; And

That Kim Neill be appointed as the Acting Chief Administrative Officer effective August 7, 2026, with all the powers, duties and responsibilities of the Chief Administrative Officer.
