Hello!
My name is Elizabeth King and I’m excited to introduce myself as the Summer Program Manager for Epic Adventures this summer!
I graduated from J.C Charyk in 2023 and have just completed my third year of a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Alberta. Over the past two years,
I worked as a Resident Assistant and later a Senior Resident Assistant, where I
supported first-year students as they navigated university life. Through this experience, I
developed a passion for programming, conflict management, and youth support.
In the future I plan to pursue an after-degree in Education, as I am passionate about working with and supporting youth in their growth and development.
I believe that summer programs are a great opportunity for kids to explore new interests, build friendships, and grow in confidence. This summer, my goal is to create a space where every child feels included, supported, and encouraged to participate in the wide range of activities we have planned.
I’m looking forward to working with an amazing team to create a positive and memorable experience for everyone at Epic Adventures. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. I’m excited for the summer ahead!
